Fourth of July Parade, Fireworks Set for Cartersville

WBHF-AM 1450 and the Cartersville Optimist Club are set to host the parade in downtown Cartersville and a festival and fireworks at Dellinger Park.

WBHF — AM 1450 and the Cartersville Optimist Club are again set to host a full day of July 4 activities for Bartow County residents and visitors.

Here are the details of 2013 Fourth of July festivities set for Cartersville: 

Parade
The Fourth of July parade starts at 9 a.m. on Main Street in downtown Cartersville. Serving as grand marshall will be Markina Brown from CBS Atlanta Channel 46. 

Festival Fun, Food 
After the parade, beginning at 10 a.m., the festivities move to Dellinger Park with pony and camel rides, a petting zoo, children's activities, craft vendors, musical entertainment and food among the offerings. A car show on the football field will be sponsored by the Shriners and Johnny Mitchell's Smokehouse will sell barbecue.

Fireworks
Fireworks at Dellinger will begin at dusk.
