Cartersville Schools Keep Millage Rate Same

Cartersville City Schools voted this week to maintain the current millage rate, according to a report in The Daily Tribune News.

While Superintendent Howard Hinesley commended the school system for being able to keep the rate at 18.23, he also warned that the board will soon face tough budget decisions as a result of state and federal cuts.
