About five car buyers have called Cartersville police this week to report a local car dealer, North Georgia Financing Inc., allegedly won't hand over titles for the cars purchased at the 1450 Joe Frank Harris Parkway business.
The consumers say they need the titles to purchase their car tags, but the business is deserted, the phone disconnected and the salesman gone.
