Noah Oakley, Neighbor

Noah Oakley is a sophomore at Woodland High School. This is his first year in the journalism program. He is a part of the C.A.T.S. (Cartersville Artistic Talent Showcase) performing arts program. Noah's other hobbies include reading and painting. After high school, Noah plans to attend either SCAD or Armstrong Atlantic University to major in theatre. Noah always strives to do his best, and hopes to have a successful life in and out of high school.
