Founded in 2003, the Booth Western Art Museum showcases a wide variety of Western art. Exhibits include Civil War art,More Native American artifacts and presidential portraits. Offering free admission on the first Thursday of each month from 4pm to 8pm as community outreach, Booth Western ArtMore Museum is a 120,000-square-foot facility featuring contemporary Western American art in the main galleries and historic Western art, Civil War art, presidential portraits and letters, Western movie posters and Western illustration in other galleries. For children, the Sagebrush Ranch gallery offers interactive education about art and Western America. Special events include Art for Lunch, normally the first Wednesday of each month, from 12:15 to 1pm. Evening lectures are usually the third Thursday of each month at 7 pm.

KOA Kampgrounds offer an area for people to camp in their recreational vehicles, in tents, or in cabins on theMore property. The campgrounds are located off I-75, exit 296. Visitors can relax at the campgrounds and enjoy Cartersville's attractions which include the Etowah Indian Mounds, Booth Western Art Museum and the Tellus Northwest Science Museum. </p> <p>Note that although most pets are allowed, certain breeds of dog are not -- call to confirm your pet is allowed on site. Also, some fires are allowed near tent sites, but not ground fires.</p>
