1 star is too many for this business!

I am one furious customer when it comes to Video Country. Their hours on the door says 2-10pm during the week and 12-10pm on weekends. But they are never there. Saturday they called and said a movie I was waiting for was available, but because Hubby & me had been drinking, I told them I could come get it the next day. Lorie said ok. I show up Sunday and they rented it out. I showed my butt and left. Monday night Lorie called me and apologized and said she forgot to let her husband know and he rented it out. Said because of their mess up, they would let me get it free. I told them I couldn't be there til 11pm cause I am at work. She said to come Tuesday between 3:30 and 4. I got there at 3:45 and left after 4:20 and no one still hadn't shown up. 2 other guys pulled up expecting to get some movies and left shaking their heads. I went to a business next door and was told they come whenever they want to. Why do they get away with this?!? You'd think with that being the only movie store in Cartersville, that they'd try and keep your business and make all the money they can. I messaged Lorie on her Facebook account and I didn't get a response nor a phone call. This is not a business that needs to be open. I WILL NOT give them anymore of my money!

Thad is awesome. I've never been let down when looking for a movie here. And i'm a huge horror fan and he has every title including odd and foreign films.
