Funded solely by its listening audience, WCCV began as a small 100-watt FM radio station in Cartersville and later expanded to the Immanuel Broadcasting Network with translator stations redirecting the signal and expanding the coverage area. IBN is a Christian radio station with faith-based and conservative programming.

Now IBN has two stations — WCCV 91.7 FM in Cartersville and WJCK 88.3 FM in Piedmont, Ala. — and several translators, which extend the signal to northwest Georgia, southeast Tennessee and northeast Alabama.

IBN's Cartersville location, known as Praise 91.7, houses a studio and offices.
