I went to this stores location to purchase a $5.00 Candle and when the cashier rang up the merchandise she said "this item rang up $1.00 and i'm not able to sell this to you. I then asked to speak to the store manage and a Male walked out of the back office at which time i made the statement " this should not be on the store shelf if it is not for sale" the store manager then said to me "DO YOU WANT ME TO EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU PROFESSIONALLY OR DO I NEED TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE STORE". I was in shock that a manager would make such a statement to a customer i was only attempting to purcahse a product out of your store. i found the store manager to be very RUDE AS WELL AS UNPROFESSIONAL. I then placed the product back on the counter and said "HOW ABOUT I LEAVE YOUR STORE AND NEVER RETURN.. I will never spend any more money at this stores location although this store i have shopped at quite frequently, but after today's episode i will no longer shop there. And if your merchandise is a discontinuued item that rings up lower than it;s orginial price this if no fault of the customer and those items need to be removed immediately from the shelf so that any other customer that shop at your store will NOT have to endure the experience of what i had to endure this afternoon on this date at or around 3.30pm. Thank you for not provider me (THE CUSTOMER) with the proper service and this store have lost my view of shopping at this store in the future.. Ms.West
