At Coffey BJJ you will learn real, effective self defense from instructors that have put their skills to the test and competed in the Pan American Championships, Mixed Martial Arts matches in a cage and Muay Thai matches in Thailand. At the same time, the academy's motto is "Don't join a team, join a family". Never met a better bunch of people in one place!
