Don't get me started with the lack or response to fix equipment and the audio and visual system. The sauna is broken almost as much as it works. Showers have soap dispensers that have been broken for years. I go there because have a membership and is cheap to use and close to my house. Roof leaks and put a bucket to catch the water. Mold in showers.......
