One of two facilities for seniors in Cartersville, Bartow County Senior Center offers arts and crafts; exercise, including aerobics, walking track, golf, table tennis and shuffleboard; and recreational activities, such as board and card games, ballroom and line dancing, bowling, horseshoes and thrift shopping.

The center, open to residents ages 50 and older, also offers seminars, educational speakers, trips (day, overnight and extended), thrift shopping, coffee, breakfast and supper groups, scrapbooking and more.

It's also a regular meeting place for the Retired Men's Group, EZ Mills Retirees, Red Hat, Goldentones choir, various line dancing groups, Women's Retired Group, Newcomers' Club and Gala Friday.

The Bartow Nutrition Center for seniors is also located in the Zena Drive branch.
