Wonderful Place! Everyone is so nice and the apaprtments are beautiful. The maintnance staff and office staff all take great pride in the property. Great place to live!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM LUXURY!!! My family and I could not wait to move out of that place. They played favorites when it came to pool rules, the maintenance staff jerry rigged everything that needed to be fixed, the on site "car wash" would've been better if they had a water hose and bucket rather than the junk that you had to pay for. They said that they had noise complaints on us, and them did not even apologize when I proved that we were not even in the state!!! Then, once I moved out, I had an agreement that they keep my security deposit in exchange to fix some minor issues, but then they have sent me to collections for more money. The issues that they are claiming are issues that were caused AFTER we moved out by their maintenance crew. NICKEL and DIME is their specialty... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

I love living here. Great people in the office and maintenance is quick. I called in a work order and with-in 10 minutes he was knocking on my door. My daughter loved the kids movie night. Great job guys!
