First Summer Dinner Theatre Just Two Weeks Away

Booth Western Art Museum is pleased to announce the return of the dinner theater Summer Entertainment Series in the beautiful Booth Ballroom.

Due to last year's successful Summer Entertainment Series, Dinner Theatre is back at the ! Held the third Thursday in June, July and August, Dinner Theatre at the Booth consists of a live show and a delicious buffet dinner for just $25 for Booth members and $30 for non-members.

We kick off the Summer Entertainment Series on Thursday, June 16. Those wishing to view the artwork by members of the Booth Artists Guild are encouraged to come to the museum beginning at 5 p.m. that afternoon. A reception will be held in the Borderlands Conference Room from 5 to 6:30 p.m., in which members of BAG will be available to discuss their work in person with visitors.

At 6:30 p.m., a cash bar will open outside the Booth Ballroom, and the buffet dinner will be ready. Luther's Mountain, a five-piece bluegrass and gospel band, will provide the entertainment beginning at 7 p.m. Based out of Polk and Paulding counties, Luther's Mountain was formed in 2007 and has played at numerous venues around northwest Georgia. Comprised of fiddle, mandolin, guitar, banjo and bass players, the group plays and sings many well-known songs including, I’ll Fly Away, Rocky Top, Dixie and many more.
