Make Way for Tiny Dancers

It’s getting to be that time of year again when parents and students begin gearing up for a fresh school year and the coming season of sharpened yellow pencils and shiny new lunch boxes.

With the changing of the seasons comes a new schedule of sports and play dates, school plays and dance recitals, which means that it’s the perfect time to get your child registered for fall classes at the Cartersville School of Ballet.

Fall classes begin on Aug. 29 and have a tendency to fill up quickly, so the sooner children are registered, the better. Registration includes a fee of $35 per child or $45 per family.

Registration covers children for a 9-month season of classes beginning in August and continuing through May, so participants can count on a consistent dance schedule throughout the coming school year.

Monthly tuition payments for dancers are set rates ranging from $47 to $110 based on the number of classes per week a child attends.

Dance costumes will require a payment of $65 for children 8 years old and younger and a $75 costume fee for children ages 9 and older.

Dance classes offered cover a range of options including pre-ballet, classical ballet, point, jazz, hip hop, tap and modern dance. Required skill levels, eligible age groups and additional details concerning each class can be found here.
