Pageant Sponsors Present $11K Check To Bartow Schools

Miss Georgia USA and Miss Georgia Teen USA return to Cartersville from Nov. 21 to 23.

Sponsors of the Miss Georgia USA and Miss Georgia Teen USA pageants Friday presented a check for $11,020 to Bartow County Schools, making it the largest individual benefit of the pageants that have been hosted in Cartersville at Woodland Performing Arts Center for the past six years.

The pageants return to Cartersville from Nov. 21 to 23. Tickets go on sale Monday, Oct. 28, and may be charged by phone at 770-387-1357.

Sponsors not pictured above include Walmart in Cartersville, Girli Girl Boutique, Ampacet and USG Interiors. A host of other community sponsors also were recognized for their efforts to host these state events that send titleholders to MISS USA and MISS TEEN USA, both productions of Donald Trump and NBC Universal.
