This is a comprehensive childbirth class that covers breathing and relaxation techniques for delivery, including a tour of the labor and delivery unit; basic newborn care, including diapering, feeding, anc carseat safety; and breastfeeding education.  Classes are free.  Please call (800)-242-5662 to register.
