**Editor's note: Felton Manor was cited for the following issues:

• As stated on multiple reports, a certified food service manager must be on staff. 
• As noted on previous inspections, personal drinks were observed sitting on top of the ice bin, which is considered a clean food surface. Personal drink was relocated during the inspection.  
• Observed several severely dented cans out of the box and on the storage shelf that needed to be returned or discarded. Cans were labeled to be returned
• Reach in refrigerator is holding potentially hazardous foods above the maximum cold holding temperature of 41 Fahrenheit. The temperature log indicates the same exact temperature for all the coolers day after day. Ensure accurate temperatures are taken and logged each day.
