Next Step for Emerson Sports Complex: Rezoning
Developers received state approval and the city of Emerson is conducting a study of its own.
With approval from the state, the next step for developers of the 1,380-acre sports complex proposed for Emerson, known as Dream Parks at LakePoint, is rezoning.
