The city of Emerson, set for growth with LakePoint Sporting Community & Town Center now under way, is looking for a full-time deputy city clerk. Applicants at a minimum must have these skills and/or experience:

• High school education.
• Accounting experience (accounts receivable/payable).
• Computer, Microsoft Office, keyboarding, data entry.
• Standard office equipment.
• 36 months work experience.
• Record keeping, organization, filing.

A college education and utility billing experience is preferred.

Duties include providing clerical support, performing utility billing and data entry tasks, and acting as receptionist in an office environment. Salary ranges from $9 to $12.00 per hour, depending on experience.
