Public Servants Luncheon

Keeping with tradition, the annual Public Servants Luncheon sponsored by local businesses, is set for Sept. 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the .

Spearheaded by Parnick Jennings before Sept. 11, 2001, the lunch to honor government employees took on new meaning and expanded following the terrorists attacks.

While the luncheon is free to Bartow employees and workers of the municipalities in the county, other participants who wish to attend can reserve tickets. To do so, call Jennings at 770-382-0951 or 678-767-7169 or email him at parnick@shawhankins.com.
