Storm-Related Accidents, Debris Closed I-75, Ga. 3, Ga. 293 in Bartow
While the interstate seems to have been cleared, local highways remain blocked by accidents and debris.
Accidents and debris blocked all northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 75, Ga. 306 and Ga. 3 in Bartow County for a time. While I-75 apparently has been cleared, according to the GDOT 511 website, the other two roads still are blocked and could stay that way until 3 p.m.
Accidents had blocked lanes on I-75 and Ga. 3, while trees or branches blocked I-75 and are keeping Ga. blocked.
Mile post 306 was the scene of an accident on I-75, while Ga. 3 was blocked in both directions at mile post 8.8. Ga. 140 was blocked at mile post 4.46.
