Man Charged with Attempted Murder

Cartersville police say the man tried to kill his wife and himself.

Monday arrested a local man they say tried to commit murder, then suicide. Police responded Feb. 11 to the original incident at 16 Hilltop Drive. It involved vehicle exhaust.

William Crabbs, 60, of that address, was charged with criminal attempt to commit murder.
