Kennesaw Legislator: Expand Gun Rights - Kennesaw Patch

As the nation mourns the 26 lives lost when a gunman opened fire last Friday in a Connecticut elementary school, one incoming representative from Kennesaw is pushing for expanded gun rights in Georgia.

A fatal crash occurred Thursday afternoon on South Gordon Road in Austell, leaving one man dead and three others severely injured including an Austell teen, according to the Cobb County Police Department. .

Thursday evening, December 20th at about 5:30 p.m., police responded to a call of a man shot in the parking lot of Therrell High School near Mt. Gilead. This call began a series of unrelated gunshot calls in the span of 2 hours. .

Suspect Dead After Jumping from Apartment Window - Stone Mountain-Lithonia Patch.

A man who was part of a group of home intruders died after jumping from an apartment window in unincorporated Stone Mountain Wednesday. A victim, Roy Eaddy, was also charged with a felony drug charge, WSB-TV reported.
