Man Reports Armed Robbery on Date
He said an unknown man pushed a Glock into the victim's head and demanded his wallet.
A 22-year-old Cartersville man called authorities Saturday around 2:15 p.m. to report he had been robbed at gunpoint.
The man said he was on a date with a girl he knew from Facebook when the pair spotted another man walking along Cassville Road. They picked up the other man, drove around and eventually near the Dollar General on Cassville Road.
It was there the victim said a gun was placed to his head and his wallet demanded. The girl pulled over near Cassville Road and Highway 293, and the victim got out of the car.
