Crime Chronicle: Copper Theft and Auto Burglary

The following people were booked into the Bartow County Jail but are presumed innocent until the court system settles their cases. All the information on arrests and charges, including the mugshots, came from records. The sheriff's office made the arrests except where otherwise noted.

Jan. 18

• Calvin Ray Lucas, 43, of 125 Swofford Road, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail on traffic charges.

• Jason Samuel Phillips, of 12 Old Roving Road, Lot 13, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

Jan. 17

• Bill Edward Bone, 25, of 574 Overlook Way, Newport, Tenn., was arrested on a superior court bench warrant — failure to appear and charged with state probation violation.

• Samuel Hernandez, 24, of 333 Springplace Drive, Chatsworth, was arrested and charged with two counts of forgery in the first degree.

• Didier Cesar Martinez, 27, of 48 Pine Needle Trail, Cartersville, was transported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.

• Max Geovani Rico-Estrada, 44, of 17 Washakie Lane, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

• Matthew Bradley Mcarthur, 34, of 710 Spring Place Road NE, White, was transported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.

• Isael Torres Sanchez, 26, of 333 Springridge Drive, Chatsworth, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

• Paula Marie Seiple, 58, of 1375 60th Street, Dysart, Iowa, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

• Jessica Rae Tripodo, 29, of 950 E. Main Street, Apt. 704, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with simple battery (FVA).

• Robert Lee Abernathy, 53, of 2459 Black Bluff Road SW, Rome, was transported to the jail to serve a superior court sentence.

• Wendall Earl Ubele, 47, of 3840 Sky View Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass (FVA).

• D'Anthony Martez Brown, 20, of 942 Hank Aaron Drive, Atlanta, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
