Cops: Man Takes Pies, Rocking Chair from Cracker Barrel

Bartow County authorities are looking to identify the man caught on surveillance allegedly stealing from the Cartersville restaurant.

Bartow County Sheriff's Office investigators are looking to identify a man they say stole from the Cracker Barrel on Highway 20 in Cartersville.

Surveillance footage from the Nov. 30 incident shows the man, who went into the store about 11:46 a.m., picked up two pies and took them out to his truck, then came back into the restaurant and ate a meal, according to police. He left without paying for the meal or the pies and on his way out, grabbed a red, The University of Georgia rocking chair from the front porch. Cops say the man put it in his black pick-up truck before driving off.
