A man, 63, who resides at the home called police about 7:30 p.m. and said Fowler had been there earlier in the day and busted a window.

The window was completely busted out, according to a deputy, who noted a trail of blood outside the house led from the window to the roadway.

Witnesses said Fowler came to home mad, accusing people inside of stealing her cell phone. They told police she hit people with a broom stick and punched a man in the nose, then grabbed a beer bottle and threw it through the window, causing it to break.

They said Fowler then walked outside and punched the window, causing more damage.

Deputies found Fowler at home with what appeared to be blood the shirt she was wearing and another shirt covering her right arm. She said she had been in an argument with the 63-year-old man and was mad because she wanted her boyfriend to leave the house, according to the report.

Fowler allegedly admitted to punching the bedroom window. She was jailed on a criminal trespass charge after she was taken to the hospital in an ambulance for treatment of the "deep" cut on her arm, the report says.
