One Day Only - February 28, 2013

7:30 am - 11:30 am and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Cartersville Primary School Character Ed Alley

Slots will be filled by a Lottery System

Child must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2013

A copy of the following required: 

Child's Birth Certificate

Child's Social Security Card

Proof of Residency - Utility Bill or Lease

Child's Immunization Record on Form 3231

Child's Hearing, Vision & Dental Screening on Form 3300

Proof of any Government Assistance

Registration form available after February 20 at Pre-K Center (323 S. Erwin St.) or Cartersville Primary School
