Get a Free Fossil at Tellus

Make plans for a big day at Tellus on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, January 21. Dinosaur expert Bill Montante will be giving the first 500 children (ages 12 and under) their own dinosaur fossil.

Our dinosaur expert will be talking to kids about fossils and showing off his incredible collection. If you've got a dinosaur question, he probably has the answer. Catch him in the Fossil Gallery from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Don't miss the planetarium shows Big and Wildest Weather as well as our two special exhibits - Nikon Small World and Space Spinoffs. The Solar House will also be open to visitors all day.
