Community Update

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a cleaners in Cartersville. They not only lost one of my blouses, but then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and I counted wrong to begin with (even though I had a friend who also counted with me). The girl working at the counter smirked at me and told me I was wrong the entire time I questioned the missing blouse. In addition to losing clothes, they also did not have the clothes ready when they said they would,so I didn't have them in time for a conference or a week later for Thanksgiving. While they did comp the cleaning fee, they did not have them for me the next two times I went by the store. It took 3 weeks to get my garments back. If you do decide to use this cleaner, I would make sure you force them to count the garments in front of you.
