School Systems: Consequences For Students In Drug Arrests

Cartersville City and Bartow County schools officials said this morning students facing drug charges, even in incidents outside school, will face consequences as determined through the tribunal process and have an opportunity to finish their education in an alternative setting.

The move comes after Cartersville High School graduates and a Cass High School student were arrested and charged in Bartow's first "Molly" bust.

Should students arrested outside school on drug charges be allowed to remain in the city or county school systems? Tell us in the comments.
