Rap's Outkast To Perform at CounterPoint Festival in Bartow

The music and art festival set for April will include more than 75 acts.

Atlanta’s own Outkast highlights the line-up for the 2014 CounterPoint Music & Arts Festival, set for Kingston Downs in Bartow County, as the first confirmed hometown performance, according to the press release.  

The bill for the festival—set for Friday, April 25 through Sunday, April 27, at its new location—will include more than 75 acts, including Pretty Lights, Foster The People, STS9, J. Cole, Major Lazer, Krewella, and Big Gigantic, among others on four performance spaces.

This year, CounterPoint will debut its new 5,000-acre site featuring gorgeous campgrounds, the Georgia Eats Food Court, bars throughout the festival site (including the Craft Brew Garden), the CounterPoint Cares Nonprofit Center, carnival rides, the CounterPoint Arts Village, the official CounterPoint Merch Store, the CounterPoint Game Center, FREE water stations, and plenty of areas to relax and get shade.   

All bars are 21 years of age or older with valid ID.

A variety of onsite activities and events around the festival weekend will be revealed in the coming months.  In addition, daily shuttle service will be available from Atlanta (and other locations throughout the area), with prices beginning at $50. Further details will be announced as the festival nears. 

Three-day weekend tickets start at $180 and a variety of ticket and weekend packages are available for CounterPoint 2014, including 3-Day GA Tickets, three levels of VIP Packages, Luxury Camping Options (Glamping), Travel Packages (inclusive of lodging and day-to-day transport to and from the festival site) and parking passes.
