'Line of Sight' Pilot Set to Film in Bartow This Week
The work set for Thursday will necessitate the closure of a road in Emerson.
Line of Sight, an AMC pilot episode, will be filming in Bartow County on Thursday, necessitating the closure of the Red Top Mountain Road Connector in Emerson, according to Georgia Department of Transportation spokesman Mohamed Arafa.
Created by Blake Masters, also creator of Showtime's Brotherhood, and directed by The Silence of the Lambs director Jonathan Demme, it's about National Transportation Safety Board investigator Lewis Bernt, who survives a mysterious plane crash followed by an emotional adventure to find its cause.
Need for Speed filming in June closed parts of Old Alabama Road and its extension to Red Top Mountain Road in the same area.
