Is This Tree Ornament Inappropriate?

An item a nearby resident describes as "odd" and "inappropriate" hangs in a tree in a neighborhood near Cartersville.

An item hanging in a tree in a Rydal neighborhood, which appears to depict part of a woman's anatomy, has a local man wondering what others think of it.

The Heritage Estates resident shared with Cartersville Patch a photo of the item he says hangs on a tree in a neighbor's yard, and added the "odd" and "inappropriate" display is outside his kitchen window.

"I'm curious how other people respond to this item; maybe it's silly and nothing. However, I have a neighbor across the street and he finds them inappropriate as I do," said Steve, who didn't give his last name. "This is just an example of the different behaviors [and] tastes of the residents that live in the neighborhood where I live."
