Pioneer Days returns to Cartersville's Sam Smith Park on Labor Day weekend.
Admission is $5 for adults and children under age 12 are free. Unlimited carnival rides are $20 per person.
Other offerings include arts and crafts, Dixieland family rides and games for all ages, fireworks, singers, musicians, dancers and cloggers, and food.

Hours are:
- Friday—4 to 11 p.m.
- Saturday—10 a.m., Pioneer Days Parade through downtown Cartersville; noon to 11 p.m., arts and crafts and carnival rides.
- Sunday— Noon to 11 p.m.
- Monday—Noon to 10 p.m., including evening fireworks
Parking is at Sam Smith Park. In the case of inclement weather, shuttles will run continuous during event hours from various locations.
