Bartow Winds Annual Spring Concert

Looking for a different way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day?  The Bartow Winds Community Concert Band proudly announces their annual Spring Concert to be held on Saturday March 17th.  The concert begins at 7:00pm, and will be held at West Ridge Church (Cartersville) located at 245 South Tennessee Street.  Admission is free, but donations will be accepted supporting local charities.

 

Musical selections include “An Irish Rhapsody” (for St. Paddy’s Day), selections from Les Miserables, “Tara’s Theme”, “Arabian Dances” and other selections from around the world!

The Bartow Winds is a non-profit organization founded in the spring of 2009 as both an outlet for local musicians and a way to raise funds for charities.  Its members range from high school and college students to adults.  Bartow Winds is under the direction of Michael D. Elzey, with assistance and support from area band directors.
