Georgia Highlands Schedules Identity Theft Workshops

The Rome-based school will host two sessions on ways to prevent identity theft, one of which will be held in Cartersville later this month.

Rome-based Georgia Highlands College later this month will host two sessions on ways to stop identity theft. 

the first of the two Q&A sessions will take place at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 10 at at James D. Maddox Heritage Hall located at 415 E. 3rd Ave at Glen Milner Boulevard in Rome. 

The second will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 24 at the college's Cartersville campus, located at 5441 Highway 20 NE in Cartersville.

The registration deadline to attend the June 10 session is Thursday, June 5, and the deadline to register for the Cartersville session is Thursday, June 19.

The sessions are sponsored by the Georgia Highlands College Alumni Association in partnership with Liberty Mutual Insurance.
