Dogs Travel on Man's Scooter in Cartersville

Anyone seen this scooter around town?
Sunday morning, it contained three dog cages, or portable pet kennels, and at least two dogs while parked, using a prop stick, outside a strip mall at Highway 41 and Grassdale Road in Cartersville.
