4. As required by the Federal Pipeline Safety Regulations, the developed and implemented a continuing education program of public awareness.

As part of the program, residents may receive a call requesting participation in a short survey to be conducted today through Wednesday to evaluate the program’s effectiveness. The survey will be conducted Monday and Wednesday evening and during the morning hours Tuesday.
