Enhancing the Safety of Locally Grown Produce On the Farm and At the Market

A food safety training for farmers on small to medium-sized farms selling produce to farmers markets, CSAs, restaurants, etc. Food Safety is good marketing. Come and learn about best practices to help you keep the produce you grow safe from farm to market. A market manager training is also included to enhance the safety of locally grown produce sold in your market. Participants will receive a packet of take-home references and a certificate of completion.
