Cartersville's Frank Moore Administration and Judicial Center, named in honor of long-time commissioner Frank Moore, houses a number of county and state offices. The three-story building is home to the offices of the county commissioner, zoning and planning, tax assessor and tax commissioner.  It also houses the superior, probate and juvenile courts of Bartow County, including four superior courtrooms, probate and juvenile hearing facilities, the district attorney's office and the office of the superior court clerk.
