DESCRIPTION:Looking for a different way to celebrate St. Patrick&rsquo\;s
  Day?&nbsp\; The Bartow Winds Community Concert Band proudly announces t
 heir annual Spring Concert to be held on Saturday March 17th.&nbsp\; The
  concert begins at 7:00pm\, and will be held at West Ridge Church (Carte
 rsville) located at 245 South Tennessee Street.&nbsp\; Admission is free
 \, but donations will be accepted supporting local charities.\n&nbsp\;\n
 Musical selections include &ldquo\;An Irish Rhapsody&rdquo\; (for St. Pa
 ddy&rsquo\;s Day)\, selections from Les Miserables\, &ldquo\;Tara&rsquo\
 ;s Theme&rdquo\;\, &ldquo\;Arabian Dances&rdquo\; and other selections f
 rom around the world!\n&nbsp\;\nThe Bartow Winds is a non-profit organiz
 ation founded in the spring of 2009 as both an outlet for local musician
 s and a way to raise funds for charities.&nbsp\; Its members range from 
 high school and college students to adults.&nbsp\; Bartow Winds is under
  the direction of Michael D. Elzey\, with assistance and support from ar
 ea band directors.\n&nbsp\;\nBartow Winds typically presents three to fo
