Well, not that anybody cares, but now that Congress is dipping into the Federal Pension Fund, putting it at risk in addition to the Social Security Fund, let’s all take our hats off to the present and future federal pensioners for joining the ranks of those already at risk at the hands of the “Full Faith and Credit” IOUs of the United States!!

After all, they don’t have a choice since the courts have already ruled, "Pensions are the bounties of the government, which Congress has the right to give, withhold, distribute, or recall at its discretion. Congress, being at liberty to give or withhold pensions, may prescribe who shall receive, and determine all the circumstances and conditions under which any application therefore shall be prosecuted.
