Robert 'Robbie' Brian Evans, 41, of Acworth, is wanted by Bartow County authorities on a probation violation.

Bartow County Sheriff's Office adds a mugshot each week to its list of Bartow's Most Wanted, people who have been accused of crimes, not convicted. They are presumed innocent until the court system settles their cases.

Suspect: Robert 'Robbie' Brian Evans, 41

  • Description: Caucasian man; 5-feet-7-inches tall and 160 pounds; bald head and green eyes; and tattoos on arms, back, chest and legs.
  • Accusation and Outstanding Charges: Evans is wanted on a probation violation and local authorities suspect he's been involved in other alleged Bartow County crimes. A BCSO investigator following up on several thefts in south Bartow reported Evans fled on foot in a Sept. 13 incident. The officer positioned his car behind a suspect vehicle on Stephens Road, and Evans, a passenger, opened the door and fled from the car into the woods.
  • Last Known Address: Lakeview Drive No. 1 in Acworth.

Anyone with information on Evans' whereabouts should call 911 and notify the dispatcher he is a wanted person.

BCSO's phone line for anonymous tips is 770-606-TIPS (8477) and now tipsters can report information via the department's Facebook page.
