Man Wanted in Alleged Silver Take

An arrest warrant is outstanding in a theft case involving a $12,000 set of silverware that was a family heirloom.

Authorities are looking to stick a fork in a case involving a $12,000 family heirloom, but have one more arrest in their sights.

Christopher Gray Turner, 28, is wanted on a felony theft charge, Sheriff Clark Millsap said in a press release, requesting anyone with information on Turner's whereabouts to call 911.

Turner and 27-year-old Cynthia Lynn Beach, who already was in jail on an unrelated charge, are accused of stealing an important set of silverware. With eight place settings, it was passed through several generations of a local family.

Sheriff's office investigators say following the suspected November theft from a Dawn Drive home in Cartersville, the set was sold for its silver value at a local pawn shop and could not be recovered.

Turner and Beach each face a felony theft by taking charge in the case.
