I am so ANGRY over this, all I can do is cry....no I am not related to the family of the deceased, it makes me sick to my stomach to think that this IDIOT was even allowed to get into a car as drunk as he was. They say that for each charge of VEHICULAR HOMICIDE that it carries a prison sentence of 3-15 years! This still does NOT bring the LOVED ones back. There are 2 women one of which lost the baby in the hospital in Chattanooga a that still have not been told about their momma and the other young woman and 27 day old baby... can you even imagine their grief when they find out that their momma is gone? Sure take his drivers license that works right? NOT!!! Take and put him in prison put him on death row that is where he belongs with the momma to the baby and the mother to the 2 girls that were in the bakseat! God PLEASE FORGIVE me for my ANGER but Lord PLEASE give this family peace and comfort them!!

While driving a person needs to be very attentive at their driving and what other drivers are doing to even be slightly typsy is a obstruction to a drivers response and judgement. Dont drink and drive ...period!

It absolutely angers me, matter of fact it disgust me, that we have such horrible accidents like this to innocent people because lack of stupidity and taking a wild guess this was NOT the first time he has driven like this, and our laws are even making it EASIER for those who are getting DUI's to get their license back. On top of it, like we don't have enough of these accidents going on, but passing a law to buy alcohol on Sundays to make more money. Really! What is it going to freakin take to make a point. Why is it so darn difficult to put the hammer down on people the first time so they learn a lesson. Now the new law was just pasted yesterday on the 1st for DUI 2nd offenders to get even more slack! The hammer should of come down on the first one. This family is heart broken! Torn apart! Traumatized for the rest of their lives, and all a judge is going to do is make another mark on his books to have a guy sit in prison and learn what exactly??? I know that we still need to pray for those who are lost and need God, however on the other hand SOMETHING needs to be changed!! This family is on my heart and in my prayers, the kids, the brothers, the sisters, the cousins, the extended family, the friends. There is a lot of us out here in the county who do love you guys, even though some of us don't know this family, I don't, but there are a lot of us touched and hurt by this tragedy as well. Please know we do love all of you in this family!
