Cheapest Gas: Down to $3.28
In this daily feature, Cartersville Patch tells you where to save money on fuel.
Look no farther today than Chevron and Love's for the cheapest gas in and around Cartersville, according to AtlantaGasPrices.com and other sources the last time we checked.
Chevron stations at Burnt Hickory and Sugar Valley roads and Tennessee Street and MLK Jr. Drive, according to the website, and Love's near Emerson, according to a Cartersville Patch Facebook fan, had regular for $3.28 per gallon.
For 7 cents more, RaceTrac, QuikTrip, Murphy U.S.A. and other stations come in at the second cheapest in town.
Kroger and Ingles were higher, at $3.36 and $3.37, respectively.
If you shop at either of the two grocery stores in town with pumps, you could get gas for 10 cents—or more—off. Just check the bottom of your receipt to make sure you have enough fuel points and at the pump swipe your Kroger Plus or Ingles Advantage card.
Murphy U.S.A. near Walmart also offers a 10-cent-per-gallon discount on gas with the use of Walmart gift card.
