'Person of Interest' Interviewed in Car Wash Slaying
R.J. Statler, 28, a Canton native and Cartersville resident, was shot and killed Sunday at Sun Glo Car Wash on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
Cartersville police say they're continuing to investigate the Sunday night killing of 28-year-old R.J. Statler at Sun Glo Car Wash.
Authorities released this statement this morning:
"The Cartersville Police Department continues to investigate all leads pertaining to this case. Several agencies are involved and are working around the clock. Over 30 area law enforcement officers have been involved thus far. One person of interest has been interviewed but is not a suspect at this time. Officers are analyzing videos, cell phone records, and any other possible evidence in order to find the suspect responsible for this tragedy."

Why haven't you solved it yet Steve? You have no idea what the police are doing in this case. Homicides are solved overnight you know. This isn't television. Get a life.
