Allstate Assisting Bartow County & Gordon County Homeowners After Tornado by Opening Mobile Claims Center
Allstate (NYSE: ALL) Insurance has set up a Mobile Claims Center to help policyholders in Bartow County and Gordon County following the tornado.
These self-contained motor coaches are equipped with generators, satellite technology and high-speed internet connectivity so Allstate’s National Catastrophe Team can set up temporary claim locations and provide policyholders claim support in areas hardest hit by a tornado.
By visiting an Allstate Insurance Mobile Claims Center, Allstate customers will be able to start the claims process and ask questions about their claim.
The current Allstate Mobile Claims Center location as of Feb. 1, 2013 is the Food Lion on 7409 Adairsville Highway in Adairsville. The location of this unit is subject to change. To see the location of the Mobile Claims Center, click here.
Hours of operation for the Mobile Claims Center are 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Allstate policyholders whose homes or automobiles have been damaged or destroyed by the recent tornado can contact Allstate by visiting their local agent, calling 1-800-54-STORM, visiting a Mobile Claims Center, or logging onto Allstate.com.
In addition two Catastrophe Response Teams are canvassing impacted neighborhoods in the Adairsville and Calhoun areas to assist policyholders.
